We recently saved a buyer at least $10,000 (and probably more) on their property purchase. We were able to do so because they hired us to work as their buyers agent (which is FREE in most cases).

This particular buyer wanted to offer $510,000 for a condo, and legally as Transaction Brokers (the default for all real estate agents in Florida), we were going to have to let them.
