Belleair Shore, established in 1955, may be the smallest town in Florida with only 55 upscale single-family homes. Among other amenities, residents relish the exclusivity of their own private beach. You will not find any commercial or multi-family high-rise buildings in this prestigious neighborhood. The goal of the town is to preserve the natural beauty and environment to enhance their pleasure and to enjoyment the magnificent seaside vistas.
