Belleair Shore, established in 1955, may be the smallest town in Florida with only 55 upscale single-family homes. Among other amenities, residents relish the exclusivity of their own private beach. You will not find any commercial or multi-family high-rise buildings in this prestigious neighborhood. The goal of the town is to preserve the natural beauty and environment to enhance their pleasure and to enjoyment the magnificent seaside vistas. It is thirty-five minutes to the Tampa International Airport and twenty to the Clearwater-St. Petersburg International Airport.
