After a long day looking at homes or condos you could do no better than to enjoy a nice dinner at Middle Grounds Grill in Treasure Island. Located at 10925 Gulf Boulevard, Middle Grounds features some of the best seafood and steaks on the beaches.
While the outside of the restaurant is attractive, with nice tropical landscaping and great high-top seating, it was the inside that surprised me the first time we visited. Decorated in rich wood and fabric and artfully lighted, the restaurant features beautiful glass-enclosed wine racks in front of the bar.
If you aren’t up for a full dinner, the bar is a great place to stop in for appetizers and a glass of wine. They offer a nice bar menu featuring small plates. And don’t forget that Wednesdays all bottles of wine are half-price.
Now I’m no food critic, so I’ll leave it to you to check out the reviews. But I will tell you that I’ve never ordered anything at Middle Grounds Grill I didn’t like, and I’m sure if you plan a visit you’ll see why it’s one of our favorite spots on the beaches. Enjoy!
