Unlike St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island, both of which had to cancel their boat parades this year due to inclement weather, Madeira Beach was blessed with clear skies and comfortable temperatures last night for their annual boat parade.
We decided to head up to John’s Pass and catch the small boats as they left, heading north toward the Tom Stuart Causeway, where the larger boats were leaving from to head south. There wasn’t a huge showing but those who were there has some great displays.
